Before we left for Amy’s school the UPS dude drove up in his truck and came to our door. I didn’t remember expecting anything, so I just figured it was for Amy. I went to the door and saw that it was a book from Amazon. I love getting books, especially when you forget ordering them and then they just arrive. The book I ordered, about 2 months ago is Deep Justice In A Broken World. It is written for youth workers from some people who care about Jesus and Justice. I am excited to read it as I have been thinking a lot lately about how to tell people about injustice and provide a way for them to get involved and bring change. I am very thankful for people who continue to tackle these kinds of issues as it is not an easy job and it is not easy to bring change. I look forward to growing more in my knowledge of what is going on in the world and my passion to fight against it.
