amy_color-extra.jpgT0day is Good Friday. It is odd that they call it good. That word good brings connotations of a happy time, like a birthday or a day at the beach. What it really means is that today is a day where we remember Jesus Christ, dead and buried for us, for the forgiveness of our sins, both past, present and future. Today should not be a day of celebration, but a day of mourning. Celebration comes on Sunday, but I hope that you will take time today, regardless of your beliefs to mourn the death of a good man who willingly went to the cross to pay the penalty for your and my sins. Thank you Jesus.

Below I am attaching the different stations of the cross so that you can remember.

Jesus prays in Gethsemane

Jesus carries the cross to Calvary
Jesus falls under the weight of the cross
