So we have been here in Cambodia for just over a week now. It has been great. The 1st few day’s were spend doing cultural orientation. So, we went to the genocide museum and to the temples. Then we drove 150 miles, which took 6 hours to the temples in Siem Reap. We spent a couple of day’s there touring around, man they are amazing.
Yesterday and the rest of this week will be spent running kids camp at an international school in the afternoons, and working at an orphanage in the mornings. The orphanage has approx. 90 kids, all with HIV and AIDS. it is very sad, but it is nice to bring them some joy. They are so nice, and a little wild. They were climbing all over us as soon as we got there, I felt like I was at home with Emma and Abby.
Anyway, 9 more day’s to go. We, the staff are going out for dinner tonight, should be nice. That’s all for now, see ya.
happy dining! I hope it doesn’t rain
