philGreetings from a small cafe in Birch Hills, SK. I can’t believe that May is almost over, where did spring go? I write this update with a heart filled with anticipation and urgency. There is a lot going on in our lives right now with more to come over the next few months. Spring and summer is the season where we as a family are the most full. Below is our schedule for the next few months.

May 29-June 1 We go to Winnipeg where we will be sharing in the Sunday evening service and hosting a coffee and desert afterwards to thank supporters and look to raise our current support by $1000 per month. Please keep us in your prayers for this.

We will also be celebrating Emma’s 7th birthday and my sisters 50th, just kidding Julie. It is the first time being there for Emma’s birthday.

June 11-18 Phil Goes to Seattle to host a group of high school students on their 1 week urban                    outreach. They will be serving in homeless shelters, doing prayer walks, and  singing in chapel services.

June 21 Family day (fathers day). Lots of eating, playing with the kids and enjoying family.

June 23- 27 Phil and Abby fly to Vancouver as Phil is teaching on their Mission Adventures program.

July 4-20 Our family flies to Thailand to host and run an outreach for 3 different churches. We will be running kids programs, pouring a basketball court for an Akha tribe and building a house for a local pastor in a small village.

Mid Aug Our family packs up and heads out to San Diego. As you know we will be working with YWAM and Mission Adventures there. We are excited about this new season of  our lives and anticipate greatly the things Jesus has for us there.

During these next few months we would appreciate your prayers. Here are a few prayer requests.

1. With the help of Amy’s mom and dad we were able to buy a small house here. We need someone to rent it out before we leave in August .
2. As mentioned above, we need to raise our current support by $1000 per month. We have lost some due to the economy and are moving to a place where the cost of living is high.
3. For traveling safety and wisdom as we have the amazing honor of speaking into the lives of many students this year on Mission Adventures.

Finally, If in reading this update you feel a move to become a part of our support team through either a one time donation or through regular support please contact us and let us know.
Thank you so much for your time and support. We are honored to get to do what we do.

Phil, Amy, Emma, Abby.
