Today I was looking at this blog, as I needed to send a bio to my good friend Sheri and figured I’d take it off of my site here. I realized that the bio hasn’t been updated in 12 years, hmm, time to change that. In doing that, I realized I haven’t posted in over a year, so here I am again. Looking forward to processing on here, my thoughts and movings from the Spirit and those around me.
